No, you can just provide a credit card guarantee for confirmed booking.
Keys are handover at the apartment at the time of your arrival.
As a general guideline the check-in time is after 2.00 p.m. and the check-out time is until 11.00 a.m., nevertheless we will try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. There is a surcharge for check in after 9 p.m. in amount of 10 € and after 11 p.m. in amount of 20 €. For check out before 6 a.m. there is fee in amount of 10 €. Check in and check out times must be pre-agreed minimum 48 hours in advance in written. The latest check-in is possible at midnight.
The accommodation is paid on a day of your arrival at the time of handing over the keys. It must be paid in Euro cash or by credit card.
Our rates are final including all taxes, electricity, gas and water consumption and also final cleaning (and weekly maid service). There are no extra costs. We will not surprise you adding taxes and fees at the end of the booking procedure. There is no reservation or service fee if you book with us.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to rate type available or the one you will choose. Some rates are flexible up to 30 days prior to arrival, some 14 days and some rates might be non-refundable. You will see the exact cancellation policy at the time of booking.
For stay up to 14 nights; cancellation during the stay is subject of penalty in amount of whole remaining booking.
For stay over 14 nights; in the event of written notice lease of the apartment shall end upon expiry of the period of the notice as follows:
a/ with 30 days’ notice period there is no additional fee charged
b/ with 20 days’ notice period there is 250 € fee or charge for cancelled nights whichever is lower
c/ with 10 days’ notice period there is 500 € fee or charge for cancelled nights whichever is lower
d/ with less than 10 days’ notice period there is 750 € fee or charge for cancelled nights whichever is lower.
On arrival you should pay a deposit of 100 € in cash (returnable) or provide a credit card details as a guarantee. This is paid for the keys or against possible damage to the premises resulting from your negligence.
In individual cases the above rules can be negotiable. In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for various reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to upgrade and re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own or our partners at a price equivalent to the original agreed.
We are a family run business renting self-catering apartments since 2007. We were a pioneer in Bratislava with this product. Comparing to plenty of others we directly manage all apartments, majority we own and this which allows us to be flexible and to provide unbeatable service. We know every apartment personaly and thus we do care of every detail. We also live with our familly in the same area where all our apartments are located too.
All apartments are in The Blue Church area which is one of the most attractive location to live in Bratislava. It is a very pleasant residential area with a walking distance to pedestrian zone as well as to Eurovea or to Bus Station too. It is also accessible by car with available and not expensive street parking which is our competitive advantage to apartments located in historic Old Town with no possibility or very expensive possibility of car parking.
